When you have service and repairs performed by an authorized TECHNET Professional Automotive Service facility, you're covered by a nationwide limited repair warranty that extends across North America, for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.® 

 

 

Program Coverage

 

This Warranty covers the following types of repairs and services:

 

A. Air conditioning, heating and climate control systems 

H. Exhaust system(s)

B. Brake system(s) 

I. Fuel system(s)

C. Electrical system(s) 

J. Ignition system(s)

D. Emission control system(s) 

K. Other minor repairs

E. Engine cooling system(s)

L. Starting and charging systems

F. Electronic engine management system and other on-board computer systems (engine,body, brake and suspension computers), cruise control systems

M. Steering/suspension systems, wheel bearings, CV axles and joints, half-shafts and driveshafts

G. Engine performance or drivability services and repair

N. Hybrid drive battery replacement(s)*

* Installed after July 1st, 2016 

 

Warranty repair costs shall in no case exceed the costs of the original repair invoice.

Flat tire, lost keys, empty gas tank, dead battery, or need a tow? We've made it easy for you to receive help anytime, day or night, with the Roadside Assistance Program. TECHNET Professional Automotive Service centers offer roadside assistance reimbursement with your qualifying service.

 

 

 

Program Coverage

 

The Program benefit is limited to the reimbursement of two (2) qualifying roadside assistance incidents within a 365-day period per covered vehicle. Maximum reimbursement amount is seventy-five ($75.00) dollars per eligible incident. To be eligible for this coverage, all you need is an invoice for at least in $25 in service from a TECHNET Professional location.  Covered services are towing,lock-out assistance, flat tire assistance, fluid delivery, and battery jump start.

 

How to Obtain Service

 

In order to receive the fastest service posible, contact the service provider of your choice. If you are away from home or do not know a service provider, you have the option to call the Roadside Assistance Dispatcher* at 866-588-0728 and follow the prompts to have a service provider dispatched to your location. You may be required to have a credit card available for use when calling the Roadside Assistance Dispatcher. 

 

*TECHNET Professional Automotive Service does not endorse any specific roadside assistance service provider.

You, the consumer, are responsible for negotiating any and all fees with the service provider prior to acepting service.

 

How to Receive Reimbursement

 

Download and complete this Roadside Assistance claim form and submit with the required proof of service documents listed on the form. You can email these documents to mechclaims@sonsio.com, fax to 1-866-924-3668 or mail to TECHNET Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659 Golden, CO 80402 in order to receive reimbursement.
